Savannah Estate is proudly stepping into an exciting new chapter with the opening of the winery’s second cellar door on Broke Road, right in the heart of Pokolbin. Built on family legacy and fuelled by fresh energy, this stunning new space marks a bold step forward for the third generation of the Peterson winemaking family.
At the helm is Savannah Peterson – winemaker, host and namesake – who carries her family’s renowned winemaking heritage into a new era with charm and a serious love of the craft. As the granddaughter of the iconic Ian Peterson and daughter of Colin and Judy Peterson, Savannah brings a vibrant, personal touch to the label, and her passion is poured into every bottle.
The new cellar door is warm and welcoming, with the right combination of past and present features, and designed for good times. Whether you’re a long-time fan of the brand or discovering Savannah Estate for the first time, we invite you to settle in, taste through the diverse range and explore the stories behind the building and the wines.
If you’re after something a little different, don’t miss our popular Pie & Wine Tasting – a deliciously unexpected pairing of handmade savoury pies matched perfectly with Savannah Estate wines. Cosy up by the fireplace at our Mount View Cellar Door, or soak in the views from the verandah at Broke Road. It’s a warm, comforting experience with a Hunter Valley twist – and yes, it’s every bit as good as it sounds.
From the rich reds to the crisp whites, iconic sparkling reds and perfectly blended fortified wines, there’s never been a better time to visit Savannah Estate in the Hunter Valley.
