Tasting Notes

⇐ 2023 Tractorless Vineyard Riesling
This wine showcases vibrant lemon and citrus characteristics, offering a refreshing and zesty profile. The grapes are sourced from the winery’s vineyard in the Mittagong region, presenting delicate floral aromas and a well rounded body and weight, drawing comparisons to refined European styles. Its elegant structure and citrus elements make it an excellent match for seafood dishes.

⇐ 2023 Tractorless Vineyard Pinot Grigio
Crafted from the pinot gris grapes grown in the Mittagong region, this wine is carefully harvested early and cold-fermented to achieve its signature crispy and zippy character. The result is a refreshing wine with a clean, steely palate and bright acidity, making it an ideal pairing for seafood.

⇐ 2023 Tractorless Vineyard Pinot Gris
This pinot gris is inspired by traditional French winemaking techniques but carries a distinctly Australian character. Big and voluptuous on the palate, this wine gains its signature oily mouthfeel from a warmer fermentation and harvesting the grapes at a riper stage. This wine is beautiful in texture and complexity, making it a perfect match for sashimi and a touch of wasabi.

⇐ Tractorless Vineyard Chardonnay
Sourced from the warmer part of the Southern Highlands, this chardonnay blends fruit-driven freshness with subtle complexity. Featuring vibrant mango, vanilla notes and a low-oak approach, it leans into a fresh, zippy style while still offering a smooth, buttery finish. It pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, which highlight its buttery richness and balances its zesty freshness.
